For Your Organization or Workplace

Supervision, Training, and Presentations for Psychology Students, Schools, and Organizations

I am also available to provide supervision, presentations, and training experiences to schools, businesses, and graduate students in psychology programs. As an energetic, organized, and extroverted presenter, I feel at home in public speaking and teaching environments. Teaching and supervising others has been one of the more rewarding aspects of my career, and I welcome new opportunities to share my knowledge to others in the field. I was previously an academic professor at University of Illinois at Chicago for 8 years where I taught courses in psychology, crisis intervention, and counseling skills to undergraduate psychology majors.

I also have extensive experience providing clinical supervision and training to graduate students in psychology and have provided clinical supervision at the extern, pre-doctoral intern, and post-doctoral level since 2011. I also have extensive experience providing multicultural sensitivity training and ran weekly multicultural seminars for graduate students for 10 years.

I am also well-equipped to provide presentations and workshops to businesses and organizations. I created workshops and presentations regularly for 11years working in university settings. Some areas where I am particularly skilled include:

  • Romantic Relationships Skill Building
  • Self-Care / Burnout Prevention
  • Yoga Classes and Meditation Techniques
  • Relaxation / Mindfulness Training
  • Finding Purpose / Happiness in Life
  • How to Help Someone in Distress / Crisis Intervention Training
  • Suicide Prevention Training
  • Multicultural Sensitivity Training

Please do not hesitate to contact me if one of my workshops could help enhance your organization or work space. Fees for service range based on type and amount of time requested.
